A. SMART DESIGNS POLICIES 

Thank you for choosing A. Smart Designs LLC for your custom apparel and product needs! Please read the following Disclaimer and Terms of Service in detail as it applies to all of A. Smart Designs Customers and A. Smart Designs transactions with its customers.

The Terms may change at any time and without prior notice, so please check the Terms frequently. If you have any questions, please contact A. Smart Designs LLC. By accessing A. Smart Designs website and by processing a payment via invoice, You, the Customer, agree to all the terms and conditions found in the Terms.

 

DESIGNS: At A. Smart Designs, all custom orders are uniquely and individually made. Design size and colors may vary from product picture. Colors will be matched to the best of our ability. Please be advised that various materials are used when your product is designed, and colors may not be exact. If you're interested in exact colors, I’ll try my best!

ORDERS: All orders are custom made. Gildan and Bella Canvas Brand unisex shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are used for every order. Colors vary for all variations of shirts.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Once an order has been approved by the customer and payment has been made, it cannot be canceled. This policy is in place to ensure that the production process is not interrupted and that I am able to deliver high-quality products to my customers in a timely manner. I encourage customers to carefully review and approve their orders before making payment to avoid any issues.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All sales are final. Due to all orders being made to order (some personalized with names), no refunds or exchanges are allowed unless an error has been made by A. Smart Designs

 

MOCK-UPS: Mock-ups will be emailed to the email address on your order within 24-72 hours of your order being placed. If revision or approval is not submitted within 1 business day, your order could be delayed.

 

REVISIONS: Once your mock-up is sent, 2 revisions will be allowed. There will be a $5 fee for additional changes.

 

PROCESSING TIME: The current processing time is 5-10 business days from the date your orders invoice is paid.

 

SHIP DATE: Once payment is made, you will receive an exact ship date. All orders are custom made so it is very unlikely your order will ship before the date you're given. Please order and plan accordingly.

 

SHIPPING: USPS Priority Mail and UPS is the designated shipping method. Priority Shipping could range from 2-5 business days from the date your order is shipped.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Once your order has been shipped, tracking updates and delivery of your order is the responsibility of USPS/UPS.

 

RUSH ORDERS: If you want to rush your order, there will be a rush fee added to your total. Rush fees depend on the quantity of the order and how fast you are needing items(s). Rush Fees Start at $10

 

PROVIDING GARMETS: A. Smart Designs LLC is not responsible for any damage to customer-supplied garments during the production process. If any items are damaged while in my shop, I will not reimburse the customer for the value of the garments or replace them under any circumstances. While I take extreme care when handling customer-supplied goods, there is a possibility of machine or human error due to the nature of the high-end equipment used in production. Additionally, A. Smart Designs LLC, is not responsible for any manufacturer, mill, or vendor defects on provided garments. All garments supplied to A. Smart Designs LLC, for HTV printing and/or embroidery services must be new and unwashed, and customers must provide a detailed list/breakdown of all goods to be used. Finally, please be advised that any garments left with A. Smart Designs LLC, for more than 10 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of Fingerprint Ideas Inc., with the intention of donation or discarding. This policy is in place to ensure that the shop does not become cluttered with unclaimed items, which can lead to inefficiencies and potential hazards in my production process.
